New Client FAQ
Where will the first meeting take place?
Our billboards say, “We Come To You!” and we mean it. We will visit you at home, in the hospital, or wherever you are most comfortable. We can handle much of the communication via text, phone call, or email to make everything as convenient for you as possible. Of course, if you prefer, you are always welcome to come meet with us in person at one of our office locations.
Who will be meeting with me from your firm?
Your first meeting may be with one of our attorneys or a member of our intake team. Whoever you meet with, they will take the time to listen to your story, answer your questions, and help you understand your options moving forward.
What will be discussed during the first meeting?
Your first meeting is all about getting to know you and learning what happened. We’ll listen to your story, answer any questions you have, and explain what the next steps look like. Our goal is to make sure you understand the process, feel comfortable moving forward, and know that you have a team in your corner from day one.
What should I bring to my meeting?
Bring whatever information you have, but don’t stress if you don’t have much. The most important thing is that we hear your story and learn what happened. If there are documents, photos, insurance information, or other records that may help your case, we’ll let you know and help you gather anything that’s needed.
Do I need to make a payment upfront?
No. It doesn’t cost anything to talk with us, and you don’t have to pay anything upfront to hire us. We only get paid if we recover money for you, so you can focus on getting better while we focus on your case.
How often will I hear from you after the first meeting?
Communication is a big priority for our team. You can expect to hear from us throughout your case, not just when there is a major update. We want you to know what’s happening, what comes next, and that your case is moving forward. And if you ever have a question, all you have to do is call, text, or email us—we’re here to help.
How long does it usually take to get a resolution?
Every case is different, so there is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some cases can be resolved in a matter of months, while others take longer. Our goal is never to rush your case. We want to make sure you complete your medical treatment, fully understand your injuries, and recover the compensation you deserve. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated and help you understand what to expect every step of the way.
